Smith log home... where Joseph lived when he was
fourteen. The sacred grove is just behind the cabin.
In the distance you can see the Smith Frame home
(far left). The small "barn" on the right side is the
cooper shop where they made barrells. The big barn
was Brigham Young's fathers that they moved here.
Whitmer Farm... Log home where the church was
organized on April 6, 1830. Three witnesses shown
the plates in the woods behind this house.
D & D in the log home. You might remember this
fireplace from General Conference in 1980 when
President Kimball dedicated this site.
